I have just downloaded adobe flash + Illustrator cs3. I want to get good at illustrator and hopefully if i enjoy it i could get a cheap older version off ebay. But i need some help getting started since its a completly new piece of software for me.

Anyone that uses it post here!

Yeah, I have Flash CS3.
I'm not great, but I'm trying to improve.
It's more for the scripters than animators, apparently.

I am trying illustrator CS2. Started previous month with some simple tutorials i found here [link]

There are many similar functions in the way it works with Coreldraw, which is a vector programm more familiar to me. If you find anything cool about illustrator and want to share it, let me know!
